One of our frequent visitors at Sueno del Mar Bed & Breakfast is the Magpie Jay or Urraca. Evey day, in the morning at our Langosta beachfront hotel, these birds are attracted by the smell of our marvelous gourmet breakfast. They prefer papaya and watermelon mostly.
They will provide you with entertainment during your meal but we must always be aware of these friendly creatures because when you least expect it, they will dive in and fly off with your breakfast! If you're bold, you can try to take a photo but they may use that opportunity to take your meal!
