Super food: Low fat plain yogurt




Calcium is an important part of everyone's diet and at Sueno del Mar we try to provide everything your body needs…Lili makes this delicious parfait with fresh fruits and granola on Tuesday morning. She uses papaya, banana, strawberry and mangos which is accompanied by our homemade granola, giving you all the energy you need! If you are planning your Costa Rica vacation, try to stay on a Tuesday with us to enjoy this delicious breakfast!!

Little note:
Low fat plain yogurt is higher in calcium than some other dairy products and contains a good amount of other nutrients, such as protein and potassium. It can also be enhanced with other good-for-you substances. 

Look for plain yogurt fortified with vitamin D, and add your own fruit to control sweetness and calories.
