The benefits of cinnamon




Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices and was at one time considered more precious than gold!  At our Langosta Bed and Breakfast, we use cinnamon in many of our foods, including our classic cinnamon rolls and apple spice muffins!  

Cinnamon is considered one of the world's healthiest foods.  It contains manganese, fiber and calcium.  It can help control blood sugar and help prevent heart disease and diabetes.  It has been shown to reduce triglycerides and LDL (bad) cholesterol as well as boosting brain function! We recommend sprinkling a little into your coffee to start your day!

We serve breakfast at our Langosta Beachfront location everyday from 7 am to 11 am!! Come and visit us!
